We're pleased to offer free standard delivery to most UK mainland addresses for orders over £95. Our standard shipping rate for orders that don't qualify for free delivery is £6.95 which will be automatically added to your order total.

Shipping to Outlying Postcodes

For shipping to Scottish Highlands and Islands, or the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, shipping is charged at a flat rate of £14.99 irrespective of order value, with items being sent by airmail where appropriate. All shipping charges are clearly shown during the checkout process after you've selected your delivery postcode.

Despatch and Delivery Times

We aim to have your order despatched and delivered to you within 24-72 hours. In the rare event an item is out of stock or we need to extend the delivery times we will contact you by phone at the earliest opportunity.

Sorry but we do not ship internationally at this time.

Returned items are accepted for refund or exchange, providing:

• Return carriage is paid
• Items are returned to us within 14 days from the date your goods were received
• A copy of the original receipt is included for all returned items
• Items reach us in unused and re-saleable condition.

We cannot be responsible for returns that are undelivered to us, please keep a copy of your shipping details.
